Together with our subsidiaries, Ultra3X Services, Inc. and Ultrapower, LLC, we offer a full range of services that include engineering design, construction, and operation of water management facilities, compressed natural gas systems, and innovative water recycling and remediation technologies and techniques. Formed in the State of Texas as a Limited Liability Company. Original work on the technologies and techniques began in 2014 and in 2018 the company that is Ultra3X Water Recycling, LLC and Companies or Ultra3X, and now Ultra3X is a pioneering technology/solutions provider specializing in advanced water treatment, recycling, and management technologies. Ultra3X has comprehensive, complete water management solutions with a focus on the oil and gas industry. Together with our partner engineering company, Ultra3 Services, Inc. and our subsidiary, Ultrapower, LLC, we offer a full range of services that include engineering design, construction, and operation of water management facilities, compressed natural gas systems, and innovative water recycling and remediation technologies and techniques, as well as gas and diesel gen sets for field use providing ready power. Ultra3X Water Recycling, LLC and Companies or Ultra3X was formed in 2021 in the State of Texas as a Limited Liability Company.
