Ultra3X offers a service that utilizes multiple technologies and techniques that are unique, exclusive, and largely proprietary to process water and either recycle or remediate the water. This is done with a comparable CapEx to other similar equipment, but with a greatly reduced OpEx. We find our solutions are often not just a lower price than others who claim to recycle, but are lower than current operations. Ask us for a quote today, and you will see that we can meet your water management needs while saving our customers money. In fact, we are designed to RECOVER hydrocarbons and return them to production for ADDED PROFIT for the customer’s operation. There are industries where licenses are available, as well as leasing of our equipment.
Recovered Hydrocarbons (Skim):

- Effluent or produced water from flowback and production, is fed through a collection of organophobic, optimized ceramic membranes.
- Membranes reject organics and toxins – hydrocarbons and recycled water flow into storage tanks.
- The hydrocarbons are recovered and preserved, and directed back into production to add profit to the customer’s operation.
- Ceramic membranes require minimal regular maintenance.
- There is no requirement to backwash.
- No Chemicals are added in any of the processes.
- No media is used in any of the processes.
- No Heat is applied.
- No high pressure. All processes are low pressure-typically 18-35 PSI.
Our nanotechnologies take on different aspects of the water problem:
The first technology, the Molecular Organic Rejection (MOR) technology alters the outer layer of ceramic membranes and changes their molecular structure, optimally altering its composition at the molecular level to repel organics: bacteria, hydrocarbons, and other toxic materials found in water used in oil and gas, including flowback and produced water.
Finally, we employ an ultra-filtration which has a pore size of .01 Microns, with continuous backwash and continuous flow to remove 99.9% of any remaining TSS (Total Suspended Solids). This provides a final complete polish and removes any additional organics or TSS.
In addition, there are many other water management techniques and configurations that are used to meet the needs of each customers’ requirements and needs.
Our Competitors include oil service companies and water treatment companies that use a combination of filtration, evaporation, chemical treatment, electro-coagulation, and desalination technologies that are slower, have a much larger carbon footprint, are bulkier, more costly, and much less efficient than Ultra3X. Proprietary Ultra3X technologies recover 100% of hydrocarbons for return to production with no loss of hydrocarbons and recycle nearly 100% of flow back and produced water. In fracking operations, Ultra3X creates a CLEAN BRINE that makes Ultra3X the KING of CLEAN BRINE for fracking operations.
Ultra3X is the sole and exclusive, worldwide, perpetual holder of the TRADE SECRET technologies and techniques employed to create this result, where our customers recover hydrocarbons for increased profit and create a clean brine for fracking operations. OUR TECHNOLOGY PAYS FOR ITSELF.
Ultra3X ground-breaking technology removes organics, including but not limited to hydrocarbons, and bacteria from flowback water and produced water. The results can be consistently “non-detectable” for organics. The output is hydrocarbons added back into production. The purified water with dissolved solids, is then adjusted to the weight needed for fracking making Ultra3X the KING OF CLEAN BRINE.
Our equipment has a reasonable cap ex and an extremely low op ex. Units are strategically placed for plants and mobile recycling units.
- Recycle nearly 100% of water from oil and gas operations.
- Our projected price per bbl (water in and out), varies by location, but compared to current market is much lower and helps reduce high water transportation costs.
- Minutes vs. hours to recycle a barrel of waste water and recycle it so it can be prepared for fracking.
- Leverage existing strategic relationships with oil producers and service providers.
- Environmentally sustainable technology.
- The majority of water from oil and gas operations is disposed of via deep well injection, with contingent liabilities for the industry and enormous economic and environmental concerns and potential future liabilities, including seismicity and “zombie wells”, together with the loss of brine that can be recycled and reused.
