What is the Ultra3X Story?
Ultra3X was formed by founder Gregory Jones after years of preparation, testing, creative use of technologies and techniques and vast experience and has acquired significant intellectual property to employ in the field. Ultra3X also has trade secret technology and techniques, together with unique technology to reduce dissolved solids in water 80 to 95% and reduce suspended solids by 99%. This is still under development.
The Ultra3X team is committed to its vision of building a cleaner environment by working with the oil and gas industry, the Energy industry (power plants), Environmental Clean Up and Remediation (oil spill and contamination clean up), agriculture including livestock processing plants and the sugar industry, and MANY other industries.
We have pilot and also demonstration machines for the Molecular Organic Rejection (MOR) technology. In Texas and New Mexico and Oklahoma, upon request, we can provide a machine for a FREE 3-10 day PILOT OPERATION. We have a demonstration unit operating full time in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. In other locations transportation costs are considered. We also travel to North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado and other parts of the US including the Marcellus. Our largest unit currently processes 8-10,000 bpd and a new unit under development, we expect to be available by 2026 will process 14-16,000 bpd. Our new techology under development, A demonstration machine for the Hydro Magnetic Flocculation and Coagulation (HFMC or Mag Floc) technology to reduce TDS and capture valuable solids such as lithium and rare earth.
Ultra3X Accomplishments and Milestones
We have field ready units we can manufacture and have delived within 120 days of order and funding of PO. Commercial terms available for review. In applications where a central water management site is located then we have tested “tank truck clean out” system and facility to wash out “dirty” tank trucks, cleaning them so they are “clean” and carry clean water. Reduces deadheading and the impact on roadways.
Created, designed, and financially modeled a Water Park design for a stand-alone facility capable of handling from 20,000 to 180,000 barrels per day of water and processing and storing that water for use by E & P Companies.
We utilize Trade Secret to protect our water management techniques that would allow for new management paradigms driven by the fact of incredibly clean water that results from the processing we use thereby setting up projects where nearly all water is kept on site and no water is purchased off site and no water is disposed of through SWD’s (Salt Water Disposal) or injection wells. We recover hydrocarbons at SWD sites.
