The History of Ultra3X™

Ultra3X™ was formed after years of preparation and experience. Ultra3X™ has acquired significant intellectual property in terms of water processing technologies and water management techniques. Ultra3X™, together with one of it’s strategic partner companies, is the owner of a patent application describing technology that separates organics from water by rejecting the organics using a treated membrane. Ultra3X™ also has provisional patent applications, patent applications and trade secret technology and techniques, together with unique technology to reduce dissolved solids in water 80 to 95% and reduce suspended solids by 99%.
The team at Ultra3X™ includes extremely dynamic people who believe in the vision of efficient and cost saving recycling and remediation combining new technologies and techniques. This team is building on the vision by bringing their own unique skills and abilities to bear. The intense level of teamwork in Ultra3X™ is unmatched and creates a dynamic energy. Ultra3X™ is poised to launch full operations, in oil and gas, in the sugar indust and other industries. Ultra3X management has deployed in field operations the full compliment of technologies. We have two demonstration machines, with a third anticipated soon, for the Molecular Organic Rejection (MOR) technology. We will then have a demonstration unit operating full time in North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. A demonstration machine for the Hydro Magnetic Flocculation and Coagulation (HFMC or Mag Floc) technology is under development and the team plans to have it operating by the beginning of 2020.

The Ultra3X™ team includes top industry advisers including Mark Miller, PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Standford University and formerly on the faculty of the University of Texas-Austin’s Engineering school. Also, Monte Besler, a highly respected completion consultant, from Williston,North Dakota. The team also boasts geologist Andrew Sneddon of Oklahoma with Paladin Geological Services as a resource, a stellar company in the areas of mud logging, geo-steering, geochemistry and geophysics.

Ultra3X™ has been Working in Texas and North Dakota, and in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and West Virginia as well as both Alberta and British Columbia in Canada. Ultra3X™ searched for and created technologies, techniques and feasible locations to determine the best ways that these new technologies and techniques could help industries. In particular, the oil and gas industry will benefit by recycling the billions of gallons of water that are required to harvest oil and gas. Ultra3X™ is potentially poised to experience extraordinary growth based on the years of research, development and work that the current team of Ultra3X™ has provided to the company.

The Ultra3X™ team recognized the elegance and value of the MOR technology and has explored ways that the technology could be used in oil and gas operations. After investigating the uses and the economic models Ultra3X™ was able to bring together multiple technologies and techniques to create various economic models designed and tailored for each industry and each customer.
The unique marriage of these technologies allows companies to have a positive environmental footprint at a COST SAVINGS over their current operations. The huge potential for recycling and remediation, and the ability of exploration and production companies to recycle nearly 100% of their wastewater, creates a new positive dynamic regarding the liability and cost of disposal of millions of barrels of water in waste disposal wells
